The counselors in our office are independent contractors. We accept private insurance as well as Nebraska State Medicaid. It is the responsibility of the client to contact the insurance company prior to enrolling in services. The counselors do not have a sliding fee scale available to clientele due to regulations governed by insurance company participation. Payment arrangements can be made with the individual counselor.
The initial session is expected to run 60-90 minutes in length. It includes a gathering of history, pretreatment planning and a diagnostic evaluation. The cost is $175. The sessions thereafter vary in frequency according to the individual treatment plan. Generally, the sessions are 45-60 minutes and are $90 for individual sessions and $100 per session for family interventions.
Cash and personal checks paid to Krisha S. Uden, L.L.C. or Rick Huls are accepted. A new option that has recently been added as a payment option is PayPal. This option allows the receiver of services to sign up for an account on the secured site of PayPal and send a payment using a credit and/or debit card.
