Our office is located just west of highway 281, on the south side of State Street in a building named North Point Center. We have recently relocated and do not have much signage available as of yet. We are located on the southwest corner of the brick building (acrossed from the corn field).
Our offices are just inside the entrance and up the stairs. Please inform us if accommodations are necessary due to the stairway. Once upstairs, please have a seat in our waiting room and the therapist will greet you.
